We also completed a pre-IPO $150,000 private placement at $0.15/share ('sidecar') with a small group of investment banking professionals. This stock is also escrowed over three years.
As part of our IPO we completed a $0.20/share $250,000 financing round (click here to read our November 1, 2007 prospectus). This stock is free tradable (no one person could purchase more than 2% of this offering).
